Getting ready for the holidays

I was complaining that summer was coming to an end, but in the United States, people are usually excited about the arrival of fall.
It marks the beginning of the Holiday season, which starts with Halloween on October 31, then Thanksgiving the fourth Thursday of November, and finally Chrismukkah
in December.
Actually the Holiday season really begins on October 1, when people start decorating their house for Halloween. Which we did this weekend, for the first time.
I bought garlands, and stickers, all of which Tipoulet
really liked, as did La Poulette, who was watching us from a distance.
Now off to get and carve a few pumpkins, and we'll be all set.
