Help for Japan

Je ne crois pas que j'avais jamais fait un don à une organisation caritative avant d'arriver aux US. Ça fait moins partie de la culture en France, où l'État joue sans doute souvent le rôle des associations. L'inconvénient de l'avantage, en quelque sorte.

Bref, on a fait un don pour aider les victimes du tremblement de terre et du tsunami au Japon. Mais apparemment, les organisations reçoivent moins de fonds que nécessaire (6 fois moins que pour Haïti dans la semaine qui a suivi le tremblement de terre), probablement parce que le Japon est un pays riche, et qui pourrait donc "se débrouiller tout seul". Peut-être, mais peut-être pas. Alors, si vous voulez aider, pour les Français, c'est ici, par exemple. Et si plus d'argent que nécessaire était finalement collecté, il serait utilisé à bon escient ailleurs (Lybie, Côte d'Ivoire, Pakistan...).
